Seerah Campaign 2022

لَقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ لِمَنْ كَانَ يَرْجُو اللَّهَ وَالْيَوْمَ الْآخِرَ وَذَكَرَ اللَّهَ كَثِيرًا – الأحزاب:21.

Indeed, in the Messenger of Allah you have an excellent example for whoever has hope in Allah and the Last Day and remembers Allah often. [Holy Quran 33 : 21]

The guidance set forth by the personality of the Prophet ﷺ, is not only for Muslims, but also for the entire humanity. He was indeed an ideal leader, a revolutionary reformer and mentor, a peerless ruler and an exemplary head of the family .

One amongst the many valuable reforms set forth by the Prophet ﷺ, upon the entire humanity (on the farewell Hajj), was, “I am leaving two things behind me and as long as you all hold yourself to them, no one amongst you will be misled. One amongst them is the book of Allah(The Qur’an) and the other is Sunnah of His Prophet ﷺ”.

عَنْ مَالِكٍ أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ تَرَكْتُ فِيكُمْ أَمْرَيْنِ لَنْ تَضِلُّوا مَا تَمَسَّكْتُمْ بِهِمَا كِتَابَ اللَّهِ وَسُنَّةَ نَبِيِّهِ. أخرجه مالك في الموطأ۔

In fact, these are the two basic assets of Muslims, based on which Islam always had a privileged position in the world. Based on these two assets, the companions of the Prophet ﷺ changed the map of the world in a short span of time. They revolutionized the human civilization across the 3/4th of the world whose effects are recorded in the pages of history. Be it Antioch or Constantinople, Granada or Seville, Morocco or Bukhara, Sind or the shores of Iran, the inspiration emanated by these two primary sources had created such a magnificent and progressive human civilization whose effects exist even to the present day.

Today, a significant oddness from these two sources has led the Muslim Ummah to the downfall. Today, through planned fabrications, the fundamental principles of Islam are being victimized and sabotaged. Questions are being raised about the authenticity of the Qur’an and attempts are being made to undermine the personality of Messenger of Allah ﷺ through new and absurd accusations.
Under these circumstances, Indian Muslim Association (IMA) KUWAIT strongly feels the need to convey the message of Prophet Mohammed and to present sincerely the various aspects of His Life. IMA also feels to clarify the futile attempts to malign the image of the Prophet.ﷺ. To make this initiative an interesting journey, various kinds of programs, lectures, social and educational activities are being conducted during this campaign.


The ultimate purpose of this campaign is to illustrate how a better society can be formed in the light of the teachings of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ so that the misunderstandings that are being penned down and propagated in the name of “freedom of expression” are to be erased from the minds of people and to present real and true image of Prophet Mohammed SAWS in front of people.
